In this we will succeed only, if on the purchasing side we make the effort to have long term partnerships with our suppliers; and the best means to achieve this are the employees of TK Met.
In order to consequently realise the company politics as well as the quality politics TK Met. has decided to base its QM strategy on the basis of the EFQM Models for business Excellence.
For this purpose quality targets and key numbers are helping to steer newly set processes which we will continuously improve.
Specific training of our employees will enable do further improve their qualification in order to meet or even exceed the requirements of out business partners.
